Monthly Accounting Services

At HDA Accounting Group, we treat our clients like members.  This means that our staff is available and will go the extra mile to make sure that you and your practice are taken care of.  All of the following services are included as part of your monthly engagement with our firm.  

Monthly Practice Bookkeeping

  • Your QuickBooks file is updated for you each and every week by our bookkeepers.
  • Month-end reconciliations are performed for all bank and credit card accounts.
  • Adjusting journal entries for depreciation, amortization, and loan principle are entered. A monthly review by our bookkeeper and our Accounting Manager is performed.
  • Financial statements are delivered by the 25th of the following month.

Practice Owner Support

  • There is no charge for routine phone calls or emails.
  • All email and phone requests are responded to promptly.
  • Financial information is made available to your practice consultant, if applicable.

Financial Record Archiving

  • QuickBooks is hosted in our secure data center with multi-redundant, daily backup.
  • All documents received from you are digitized & stored for 3 years.
  • Copies of your prepared financial statements and tax returns are stored indefinitely.

Financial Statement Analysis

  • We provide quarterly meetings with the practice owner.
  • We discuss practice profitability and help you interpret your financial statements.
  • We analyze factors affecting profitability to assist you with proactive decision making.
  • There is no time limit on the meeting duration.

Optional Services Available

Our suite of optional accounting and tax services allows you to tailor your service with our firm to meet your exact needs.  You decide which level of service is best by choosing the options you feel will provide you with the most benefit.

Tax Planning and Preparation

  • Preparation of personal and business tax returns.

Practice Bill Pay Services

  • Customizable access to control privileges and approval authority.
  • Convenient processing to make paying bills take only minutes.

Practice Startup Services

  • Entity consultations will help you start with the appropriate business organization.
  • Our loan package review allows you to compare loan options.

What Is The Next Step?

If you think that membership with our firm would benefit your practice, the next step would involve a brief phone consultation. This allows you the opportunity to visit with our company president for about 20 to 30 minutes so that we may fully understand your situation and your needs.  

Following the initial consultation, a proposal will be prepared and delivered to you with complete pricing information.
